Looking for someone who can take it way and give it a new lease of life.

There is NO TRAILER as this has been stored outside and is deemed unusable. 

This boat has a composite Windebank MkIV hull with wooden deck by Edwards.

it is currently stored in a garage and has not been sailed for many years, always used as a day sailer, never moored. 
There are sails available but not sure of condition.
