COBRA Corporate Solutions (previously COBRA J. K. Lee Limited) is proud to be the
approved Insurance broker for the Flying 15 Association and its members.

Over the last 20 years, in conjunction with the Association, COBRA has developed a
highly competitive insurance product, exclusively for Flying 15 members.

Type of insurance and cover

The Flying 15 policy is a multi-section pleasure craft insurance policy. It protects your boat and your liability to other third parties, including passengers in your boat. The insurance protection applies while your boat is in commission (including racing) or while it is laid up, provided you use it within the cruising limits of inland and coastal waters up to 12 miles offshore in Europe (excluding crossings of the English Channel, Irish and North Seas).

No Claims Bonus

Providing no claim has been submitted during the previous years’ period of insurance, members will be entitled to the following discounts:

        After year 1     10%
        2 consecutive years     15%
        3 or more consecutive years     20%

In the event of a claim the no claims bonus will reduce to nil unless a 20% discount has been earned, in which case it will reduce to 10%.

The Insurer

The Insurer is Navigators and General, a trading name of Zurich Insurance plc.

Insuring your craft through Navigators and General means that you are in safe hands:

Claims

We have delegated authority to settle and pay claims up to £2,000.00 (upon receipt of a satisfactorily completed claim form and a reasonable estimate) ensuring a prompt and courteous claims management service.
